Sidney is the county seat of Richland County, located in the northeastern corner of Montana, approximately 80 miles south of the United States/Canadian border. The city of Sidney is the largest community in Richland County and serves a market area extending approximately 75 to 90 miles.

The Homestead is a multi-use subdivision development within the city of Sidney, located in Richland County, Montana.  This 28-acre land parcel is zoned for both Residential and Commercial development and is conveniently located just one street north of Holly Street (State Hwy 16), which is a primary east/west road through the city of Sidney, adjacent to the Richland County Justice Center.
